Claim Process

In case of Loss/Theft:

Step 1:

      Call our numbers 01-4411588, 01-4411688 or toll-free number 16600135555 or use our website/app and report the incident within 24 hours.

 

Step 2:

       Call center executive will guide about the documents which has to be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

 

List of documentation:

1. Original Mero Surakshya Warranty Card.

2. Securance claim form completely filled and duly signed by the claimant.

3. Claimant has to inform the police station about the theft and get a first information report (FIR) copy duly stamped and signed within 48 hours of the incident.

4. Claimant’s ID card whose ID number has been given at the time of plan purchase.

5.Three witnesses who will sign our securance claim form and have testified that the device is lost and if they’re found to be fraud, they accept to be punished by the law (Only in Case of Loss).

 

Step 3:

     Within 7 days of submission of the documents, the claimant will be eligible to claim for a new device. We assure data backup if the customer has used our data backup facility.

In case of Fire/Liquid/Accidental/Screen Damage:

Step 1:

      Call our numbers 01-4411588, 01-4411688 or toll free number 16600135555 or use our website/app and report the incident within 48 hours.

Step 2:

       Call center executive will guide about the documents which has to be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

List of documentation:

1. Original Mero Surakshya Warranty Card.

2. Securance claim form completely filled and duly signed by the claimant.

3. Claimant’s ID card whose ID number has been given at the time of plan purchase.

4. Damaged mobile handset.

5. Medical certificate for the accident from relevant doctors (Only in severe accidental cases).

 

Step 3:

      Within 7 days of submission of the document and handset, the claimant will be eligible to claim for a new device in case the device is not repairable. We assure data backup if the customer has used our data backup facility.

Note

1: - If the parts of newly launched mobile set are not available in the market then the company will provide 40% discount on the new handset and 60% amount need to be paid by the customer. If any customer manages to repair their handset then the company will provide 80% discount and 20% amount need to be paid by the customer.

If none of the above case is suitable for the customer then customer is compelled to wait for the parts to be available in the market.

2: - It may take 10- 15 days to receive the mobile set in case of out of valley.
